Abstract

The financial industry is constantly evolving, and ICICI Prudential AMC must remain agile in order to achieve long-term success. This abstract investigates HRM methodologies with the objective of enhancing organizational agility in the workplace. The objective of strategic talent acquisition is to recruit high-potential, adaptable employees. Continuous learning and digital upskilling enable the workforce to adjust to market and regulatory changes.
