Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between leadership success and emotional intelligence (EQ) at Aurobindo Pharma, one of the most prominent pharmaceutical companies in the world. The five fundamental competencies of emotional intelligence—self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills—are used to assess organizational success and leadership. Participants in the paper were employed in competitive, fast-paced environments. Those whose leaders demonstrated emotionally intelligent leadership reported higher levels of cooperation, employee satisfaction, and decision-making. These findings underscore the significance of incorporating emotional intelligence development into Aurobindo Pharma's leadership training programs to enhance the company's overall performance.
